Aerial Silks also known as Aerial fabrics or Tissu are a circus apparatus that consists of 2-way stretch polyester lycra that hangs approximately 22 ft from a sturdy truss rigged in the middle of our sunlit wood beam ceiling at 4 points. These silks are then used to to learn and train techniques in climbing, wrapping, inverting, locks and drops. The results of these techniques are increased strength and flexibility as well as expression and fun!

A typical aerial silks class consist of proper cardio vascular warm-up and stretching followed by guided technique instruction and a brief warm down. Tricks, poses and sequences taught are tailored to strength and capability of individual students. All levels are welcome. Class size is limited to 8 per class. A reservation must be made before hand to attend.
