Handstand Fundamentals

Come put the building blocks together to perfect your handstand technique with professional aerialist and personal trainer Micah Walters.

Expect to learn fundamental exercises for preparing your body for handstand, focusing on you fingers, wrists and elbow all the way up to your toes. Debunk the mystery of hand-balancing and open the door to new and exciting possibilities.

Expect to use props like blocks, straps, therabands and foam rollers to help you focus on the nuances of your own challenges in handstand. 

Pre-Reqs: This class is for students of all levels.

**If you are looking to take Micah's entire movement series you will have to manually enroll yourself in each workshop after you have completed the retail process.
