Acrobatic Core Conditioning

This 2 hour intensive takes on 'walkovers'.

Learn how to leverage your body weight to achieve acrobatic mastery within this family of backbends. Apply deep core conditioning, leg flexibility and hip stability to this acrobatic movement. Expect to work on technique in "bridge" and learn new ways to move in and out of this pose.

This workshop will include flexibility geared toward dynamic applications and clever drills to help you find deeper patterns in your practice. All roads lead to more freedom of movement and greater confidence in your acrobatic endeavors.

Pre-Reqs: This class is for students of all levels.
