Flexibility equals possibility. Come deepen your back and leg flexibility in this 2 hour intensive with professional contortionist Micah Walters.

Strategies for increasing flexibility often look like pushing in one direction for a long time. However, safely accessing your full potential to bend is about balancing the strength and mobility of your joints in ALL directions.

This workshop will progress the student through proper warm up and safe exploration for backbends and splits. Expect to use plenty of props and tools to help you focus on your own personal challenges. 

Pre-Reqs: This class is for students of all levels.
