In this workshop, we’ll look at adding dynamism and control to your aerial work via key rope skills such as beats, hip key roll-ups, slow roll downs, swivels, pop-thrus and more. Virtually every skill can translate to tissues, so this is a fantastic way to spice-up your tissu work or to develop skills on a new apparatus.

Prereqs: Silks level 2 or higher. If not an AA student, then 3 straddle-ups / side without rest, hip keys, single star drop, front salto.
