Aerial and acroyoga are ways to improve self confidence, enhance fearlessness, and express yourself creatively.

We have structured our programming to fit the needs of all levels of students. You will find yourself challenged in new ways like never before. Be open to it, you are in good hands. You will discover a new way to fun and conquering movement milestones you never thought possible.

Take an acroyoga class to work on your flexibility, an aerial conditioning class to help keep that heart rate up, and of course a silks or lyra class to work on your technique.

  • In order to move onto the next level: The suggested amount of classes are to be completed  and one of our instructors must give you verbal approval 

  • The suggested route below is a loose basis for comparison. Some progress may require more classes, higher rate of frequency, special attention to detail and extra positive self encouragement during open gyms and a whole lot of conditioning. 

  • Beginner LVL 2- Advanced: Strongly suggested that student seeks a private lesson with one of our instructors before consideration to move onto next level as a verbal initiation may not be suitable for requirements needed for completion.
