Beginers Guide to Lyra with Jocelynn Rudig

ENROLL HERE:

In this Beginning Lyra Workshop, we will explore ways to move in and out poses suitable to all flyers. We begin with a basic Lyra warm-up in order to stretch and strengthen the body and prepare us to fly safely and comfortably on the Lyra. When we focus on proper technique and alignment, we are readily able to access new poses and transitions. Students will leave the class with a pocket full of poses above, below and within the Lyra, knowledge of various mounts and dismounts and an understanding how to work with the centrifugal force of the Lyra.
