Julia Grace specializes in momentum based skills, choreography, and open drop sequences. Students will work on momentum based foundational skills, various pathways, unique preps for drops, dynamic transitions out of drops, flips and rolls to an open position, and progressions towards half/full release tricks. This workshop is for both Rope and Fabric students and Professional artists with a desire to increase there technical skills and diversify their sequencing by adding fluid dynamics, thus allowing connections to be seamless and fluid.

Julia will go over vocabulary terms used for Corde Lisse skills and drills. You will be introduced to momentum-based skills and unique holds on the rope that set you up for different pathways.

Highly recommended: Advanced students attend Friday workshop in tandem with Drops workshops PART 1 & 2 to connect content from Friday w/ Saturday Drops content.
