In this workshop, students fine-tune posture, alignment, and engagement in their flexibility and tap into a greater range of motion.
Students can expect to be guided through a series of warmup conditioning, mobility exercises, and stretching sequences.
We will go through proper alignment for safe stretching of the legs, shoulders, and back with specific drills for each region. Students will receive insights and feedback around the areas of the body that we focus on for their continued development. This workshop is designed for all levels.
$55/student for this workshop
